2121-11-23に引き続いて地下2階にて漏水がありました。
セントラルのプールの水の入れ替えに伴うオーバーフローの影響があると考えられ、12/09時点でGC経由で事業者に対して調査依頼を致しました。
是正については費用が発生するため、明確になるまで留保致します。ご迷惑をおかけしますがご理解ご協力のほどお願いいたします。
※11/23の漏水時点で事業者へは再発の場合は速やかに是正を行って頂きたい旨を伝えております。

関係資料
セントラル女子サウナ、プールの排水はX7-Y3の竪管にて下階へ配管されているが、下階以降の配管ルートが不明。しかしながら、漏水箇所の近辺に露出配管されていると思われ、当該配管経路の調査が必要と思われる。
